Q: Are your artworks original?

Yes — each piece is an original, hand-painted work by me, created with professional-quality materials.

Q: Do you sell prints or only originals?

Most works are one-of-a-kind originals, but I will occasionally release limited edition prints of popular pieces. If you’d like to be notified when prints are available, join my mailing list.

Q: What medium do you use?

I paint mainly in oils on textured cotton paper — mounted in antique or vintage frames to add timeless character.

Q: Are the frames included?

Yes, unless stated otherwise. Each frame is carefully selected to complement the artwork’s style and story. The frames do not come with the glass front.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide from New Zealand. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Within NZ, orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders can take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and location.

Q: How is the artwork packaged?

Each piece is wrapped securely with care to ensure it arrives safely — protected by layers of paper, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxing.

Payments & Returns

Q: What payment options do you accept?

I accept major credit/debit cards, Afterpay (for NZ customers), and PayPal.

Q: Can I return or exchange an artwork?

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please contact me — I want you to be completely happy with your artwork.

Q: Do you take commissions?

I occasionally open a limited number of commission spots. You can get in touch via my contact form to discuss your idea.

Q: Can I request a painting similar to one that’s sold?

Absolutely — I can create a new piece inspired by that artwork while keeping it unique
